WE'RE HERE FOR YOU AND YOUR GROWTH

MORE THAN A WORKSPACE

RootWork Creative Studio is a workspace and creative studio where different paths meet. Visionaries. Healers. Artists. Entrepreneurs. Community builders. Each here to work, gather, and create — and to connect with others doing meaningful work on Guam.

We believe real healing starts within, and joy grows when we show up for ourselves and for others. So this is more than a workspace. It's a room where creativity, healing, and growth are woven together, and where your work is taken seriously.

Bring your whole self. Find your people. Take root here.

one room. three ways in.

Every path is welcome here.

A quiet, professional space for the people doing meaningful work on Guam. Freelancers, remote workers, nonprofit leaders, healers, and creatives — step away from the coffee shop noise and home office distractions, and give your most important work the focus it deserves.

Work

Bring your people together. Workshops, board meetings, community gatherings, and evening events for up to 50 in the heart of Tamuning. Food, drinks, and paid events welcome — because the work of building community deserves a home, too.

Gather

Have an idea? Make it here. Big tables, natural light, and boards and markers in every booking. This is also where I partner with founders and community-led organizations to build the brands behind their work — because extraordinary work deserves to be seen.

Kamusta! I'm Jenelyn Abinales, a purpose-driven social entrepreneur and strategist who helps founders, businesses, and community-led organizations build meaningful digital presence and real-world impact. From startups finding their voice to organizations expanding their online and philanthropic footprint, I step in as both advisor and strategic partner — aligning brand, operations, and community to create lasting change.

My foundation is more than a decade of community work on Guam, spanning hospital volunteer programs, coastal cleanups, conservation projects, and Techstars Startup Weekend. Throughout that work, I saw a recurring gap: people and organizations doing extraordinary work that went unseen because their brand wasn't telling their story. In 2019, I began building brands to close that gap.

RootWork Creative Studio is the next step in that mission. It brings together a dedicated workspace in Guam for focused, productive work and a creative studio where I partner with clients to build the brands behind that work. I created it because I needed it myself, and I'm committed to sharing it with the community.

As a Filipina mother of four, born and raised on Guam, I'm deeply invested in the people creating meaningful work here. For me, this work is personal.
